SPEC: Society for the Promotion of Extraordinary Cocktails
Ascend to the cocktail class....
The fifth meeting on Saturday, August 23rd, was an amazing success with a sold out crowd. We toasted the "Age of Camelot" in America (circa 1960).

Membership to SPEC requires:
* A tasting fee of $15,
* Elegant cocktail attire (no sneakers or flip-flops please; and gentlemen should wear a jacket or tie),
* An RSVP confirming that you are coming (and we're serious! ...this event WILL fill up, and we simply cannot fit everyone in last minute),
* And lastly, ineffable grace & charm, and a curiosity about fine spirits, vintage glassware, & stylish living.
We accept PAYPAL. Feel free to pre-pay your tasting fee and not have to bring cash to the event. In fact, we'd actually really prefer this.
