Rowhouse Productions is Rufus & Sarah. It is a series of events, soirees, and salons, each with a special theme, with the aim of bringing together old friends and making new ones. Rowhouse Productions was created to bring together a group of thoughtful, creative, inventive, and engaging Philadelphians.

Oscar Night - Feb 9, 2020

We hope you can join us in trying to forget how messed up the world is on Sunday, Feb 9th, when we watch the 92nd Academy Awards! Unlike the Academy, we promise not to snub women, so everyone is invited to participate in the fun! #OscarSoMale

Activities will include trivia games, Oscar Bingo, and a prediction contest. Come early to fill out a ballot, or print it up beforehand and bring it with you. You can download it at https://bit.ly/3aAhnky.

NOTE: You do NOT have to be a big fan of Hollywood movies or the industry, and you really, truly do not have to have seen one single nominated film to enjoy the festivities with us ... let alone to stand a chance of winning the prediction contest. Winners in the past have often been Oscar novices. There's a $2 cash pool, and it's more or less mandatory. ;)

Red carpet show begins at 7:00pm. Award ceremony starts at 8:00pm.

Rowhouse Film Festival

Thank you to everyone who came out to through the year to season 5, the "Invader / Outsider" series. It was a great season, we met a bunch of new folks, and hope to see some old & new faces at the next season.

Speaking of which ... we haven't yet finalized the theme, picked all the films, or chosen a start date, but keep your eyes out for season 6 to begin soon(ish)!

ROWHOUSE FILM FESTIVAL: An ongoing Sunday evening event where we show movies at our house, serve flavored popcorn, and discuss the films after the screening.

S.P.E.C.: Society for the Promotion of Extraordinary Cocktails. Ascend to the cocktail class! No, it's not an actual class; it's a series where we enjoy the golden age of American elegance as expressed through the art of extraordinary cocktails set in an atmosphere of joie de vivre.
